From Mexico to Napa and Seattle to the Cotswolds

Amber and Phil met just before the first COVID lockdown, and through a winding route across the world, ended up putting down some roots in the heart of the gorgeous English Countryside, with their Rhodesian Ridgeback Midas.

It was here that they decided to plant a small, 3.5 acre vineyard that has 6500 vines across 2 fields. They are growing Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Sauvignon Blanc. They also have bees, a large garden with fruits and vegetables and a large cropping of lavender.

The first harvest is planned for 2025, so currently every finger, toe and paw is crossed that the frost stays away and Mother Nature gives them a stellar year of sun and heat.
