In the heart of the Cotswolds, Napa Valley meets the English Countryside

This story is about a British Man and an American Woman who are trying to make the most delicious English Sparkling. They have the help of their Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Midas and Magnum.

Introducing Fossebridge Vineyard, nestled in the lovely Cotswolds. We planted Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Meunier grapes, in hopes of crafting a few different sparkling wines and a still Sauvignon Blanc and Rose.

We want to bring a little Napa Valley charm to the already charming Cotswolds.

Amber is from Napa Valley and Phil from the UK. They met in Mexico at a wine dinner and shortly after, decided to buy this property and start work on reviving the house and grounds, but also planting a vineyard.

500 lavender plants, vegetables, flowers and fruit trees have now been planted. Bees are buzzing around and working hard on the property too. Their honey is delicious!
